Holy Land Tour
The learning that takes place at Solid Rock is not limited to a classroom. All Solid Rock students will participate in a 14 day extensive Biblical trip in Israel. The tour will include Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Nazareth, Sea of Galilee, Beersheba, Masada, En Gedi, Jericho, and Caesarea, to name just a few of the highlights. Students can experience a swim in the Dead Sea, overnight in a Bedouin-style facility, visiting the Jordan River where Jesus was baptized, and much more. Download the Trip Brochure below for itinerary and details.
We do invite guests to come on the trip with us. If you are a non Solid Rock student interested in going on the trip with our students, please check out the brochure below and contact Tyler (firstname.lastname@example.org) for registration information and questions!
The purpose of the Holy Land trip is:
- To bring the Bible to life and gain a new understanding of God's word by walking in the places where it all took place
- To develop an awareness and appreciation for other cultures
The Dates for the Solid Rock Holy Land Trip are:
- January 14 - 27, 2019
All students accepted to Solid Rock will need a passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond our return date.
If you desire to follow along on your student's trips, or look at pictures from past Israel tours, go to Dr. John DeLancey's blog. During tours, he will be updating it daily, with pictures and/or posts about the happenings of the day.
